The following warranty applies to scoochzza, LLC (“scoochzza”) products that meet all of the following conditions: (a) the product was purchased by the consumer directly from scoochzza through the scoochzza.shop website or scoochzza’s Amazon listings where the “Sold By” is stated as “scoochzza Case”, or from an authorized retailer who purchased the product directly from an authorized scoochzza distributor, and from no other source; and (b) the product was in its original, unopened and new condition at the time of purchase by the consumer. By way of example only, products purchased from third party resellers on-line through Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com or any other online service are not covered by any scoochzza warranty.
scoochzza warrants our products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer. This limited warranty is non-transferrable from the original end purchaser and an original copy of a sales receipt from the original scoochzza authorized reseller, or the order number if purchased directly from scoochzza, is required for any warranty claim, in addition to a picture of the defect.
All warranty replacements are subject to a non-refundable handling charge of $7.99.
If the purchaser cannot produce a receipt and a photo of the product, the warranty does not apply.
The limited warranty not does not cover scoochzza product that has been mishandled or misused in ways other than its intended purpose. The limited warranty does not cover product that has been altered or modified in any way. scoochzza is not responsible for any products or devices made by anyone other than scoochzza including counterfeit scoochzza products, smartphones, tablets, or other portable electronic devices. scoochzza is not responsible for any replacement or cost of such electronic devices or property that comes into contact with scoochzza products.
If a warranty claim is approved, scoochzza will either replace the defective product or repair it so it is returned to its original specifications within 30 days after receipt of the product and all documentation and other information required by scoochzza. scoochzza will cover the cost of any parts associated with replacing or repairing the product. In the instance of need for repair, the consumer is responsible for costs to ship the product and documentation to scoochzza.
INTERNATIONAL WARRANTIES are subject to a $14.95 international shipping/handling fee.
If the original product, or color, is no longer available or out of stock , scoochzza reserves the right to replace the defective product with a replacement product of equal or greater value. Replacement products are warranted as above for the remainder of the original applicable product warranty period. The original warranty period is not extended by the receipt of a replacement product, nor does the replacement product come with its own warranty separate from the original warranty.
Note that scoochzza may not be able to supply warranty replacement cases for phones that are older than 5 years due to limited or aged stock. E.G. scoochzza may no longer carry replacement cases for a 2017 iPhone X case in 2023.
The above limited warranty is the only warranty made by scoochzza. scoochzza expressly disclaims all other representations, guarantees and warranties, express or implied in fact or by law, including all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The above limited warranty states scoochzza’s entire and exclusive liability, and the consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy, in connection with scoochzza products, their design, suitability for use, and operation. scoochzza shall not be liable under any theory of relief, including breach of warranty, breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or strict liability, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages whatsoever. No agreement or understanding varying the above limited warranty will be binding on scoochzza unless it is in writing signed by an officer of scoochzza. To the extent that scoochzza cannot disclaim a warranty as a matter of applicable law, the scope and duration of scoochzza’s warranty will be the minimum permitted under such law.
