Shipping policy

General Shipping Information: Orders including a free screen protector or camera protector may require a small shipping charge. All other orders that do not include a free screen protector or camera protector come with free standard shipping. Orders placed Monday through Friday by 2 PM ET normally dispatch the same business day (holidays excluded). Most orders to the contiguous United States ship with DHL Expedited Max and are estimated to arrive in 2–3 postal days after carrier acceptance. USPS completes the final delivery, so the label or tracking may show USPS. Some remote areas and carrier, weather, or holiday delays can take longer. If you place an order after 2 PM ET on a Friday, it may not ship until the following Monday. Our fulfillment center in Indiana automatically processes orders once they are placed. scoochzza cannot guarantee shipping times once packages are handed to the carrier and does not refund shipping costs unless there was an error on our end.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Military Addresses: Orders to these destinations use DHL Expedited. Although the shipping service may appear as DHL Expedited Max, delivery can take up to 5 postal days after carrier acceptance. USPS may complete the final delivery, so the label or tracking may show USPS.

International Shipping: As of late 2025, we no longer ship internationally directly from scoochzza.shop. You can still get scoochzza products on Amazon. Search for “scoochzza” on your local Amazon marketplace to see availability in your region. Please note, we do not control Amazon’s shipping coverage, but most major countries we previously served on our site are now supported through Amazon fulfillment.
